I am a UX designer,  That does not mean I am mobile-first, it does not mean using best practices. I am user first, I strive to understand the end-user, find out their needs, their interests their pain points, and use that knowledge to design the best user experience for them.

I develop effective user journeys and conversion funnels through testing, analysis, and retesting to create efficient user experiences which support the client’s digital strategy.

I have spent many years in the advertising, media, and IT industries and have gained diverse experience in advertising, design, creative direction, research, computer graphics, UX, Prototyping, UI, front-end development techniques, and team building. I can work in a waterfall or in an agile method of delivery.

I have successfully managed through the lifecycles and delivered “big brand” digital projects, with multi-million pound budgets.

I have managed multiple workstreams, project teams, and campaigns for global brands and projects.

I have a strong technical understanding of application in used digital technologies

I have developed user journeys and site architecture for large global brands, I can evaluate user data and analytics to make educated recommendations to improve user journeys and site performance.
